“Diva Q” Danielle and the participants from her Christmas BBQ Class got together to learn some great tips on how to properly BBQ a holiday turkey! Everyone learned how to brine, spatchcock, and inject turkeys to make them full of flavour! Participants were able to take home a sample of the BBQ turkeys that were cooked during this informative class.

Diva Q was one of the featured BBQ ladies in the terrific book “She Smoke” by Julie Reinhardt , published on June 1, 2009.
