I am beyond thrilled to be heading to Memphis in May tomorrow! This is my first time ever going to MIM. I have enjoyed past trips to Memphis but this is the first time I will have to the chance to experience this legendary contest!

I’ll be with the World Champion cooking team Yazoo’s Delta Q! Last year Melissa & Pete Cookston won this prestigious BBQ event.

Fun times ahead for sure!! Ill be pitching in and helping with the extra categories- along with fellow BBQ fanatic and my good friend  Jason Rees.
