Diva Q Diablo Sauce – great for beef
Looking to jazz up your steaks and roasts? Here is a super flavorful recipe for a Diablo sauce. It is spicy and packed with mouth smacking goodness.

Diva Q Diablo Sauce
¼ cup finely minced onions
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 can beef consommé
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup Sriracha sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
¼ cup water
Salt & pepper to taste
In a small pot on medium heat sauté the onions and garlic in the olive oil until onions are just tender. Whisk in the consommé, Worcestershire and Siriacha sauces. Turn the heat up to high and bring to a rolling boil. In a small bowl mix the corn starch with the water. Add the corn starch slurry to the sauce whisking quickly so that no lumps form. Boil sauce until thickened. Remove from heat. Serve with cuts of beef.







Please note we tried this on some chicken and shrimp as well. It was a wonderful kick to both!!
